Caffeine may not be beneficial for our intellectual conditions. Our preferences should be something like sugar-free lemonade. This should be quite satisfying and we don’t have to increase our hyper-activity. Aspartame is just an evil joke played by the food industry and sucralose is a better option for sweetener. To avoid stress, we should also have proper time management. Studying could be a never-ending process and limiting the length of our study sessions can actually improve our memory retention. This could take a bit of experimentation on our part, but it is still an important thing to do.
